Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

1 c. corn meal
1 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 can cream-style corn
2 eggs
4 oz. grated cheese
2 jalapeno peppers
1/2 c. oil
1 onion
Preparation

Mix corn meal, salt and soda.
Add milk, eggs, corn and oil. Add cheese.
Chop onion
and peppers; add to mixture and stir well.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
