Ozark Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs (can use egg substitute)
    1/2 to 1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. walnuts
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 c. sliced (thin) apples
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until light.
    Add flour and baking powder.
    Fold in nuts, raisins and apples.
    Grease and flour pan (I have used just Pam spray).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
