Two-Story Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
3/4 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/4 c. boiling water
3 egg yolks, beaten
juice of 2 lemons
1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
1/4 stick butter
1 envelope Dream Whip
Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch and boiling water.
Cook until clear.
Add egg yolks and cook until thick.
Add juice of lemons, grated rind and butter.
Set aside 1 cup of filling, covered with wax paper.
Pour rest of filling into baked crust and chill.
