Meatball Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. thyme
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
4 medium potatoes
4 carrots (1-inch chunks)
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients; shape into 24 meatballs.
Brown meatballs in oil in a 4-quart Dutch oven.
Remove as they brown. Combine soup and broth in a Dutch oven.
Add meatballs and vegetables.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Add parsley.
