Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar together.
Add egg and beat well. Add milk and vanilla.
Add chopped pecans and dry ingredients and mix well.
Shape in rolls and freeze.
Slice thinly and bake on greased sheet at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
