Pineapple And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 c. grated cheese (mild Cheddar)
    crushed Ritz crackers
    melted butter
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and juice over medium heat until thin. Add pineapple chunks and cheese; stir well.
    Pour into greased (or use Pam) casserole.
    Top with crushed crackers.
    Drizzle butter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    I usually double this recipe.
