Buttermilk-Buckwheat Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. buckwheat flour (may use wheat or all-purpose flour)
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. nonfat buttermilk
    1/4 c. egg substitute
    1/4 c. water
    2 tsp. low-calorie margarine, melted
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
