Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    3 eggs
    several green onions
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 c. or more cold, cooked rice
    peas
Preparation
    Fry bacon; remove from pan and crumble.
    Add rice to drippings; stir until well blended.
    Add eggs, one at a time, stirring all the time.
    Add bacon, onion and peas.
    Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, turning constantly.
    Season with soy sauce and pepper. Yields 4 servings.
