Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 c. shredded zucchini
Preparation
    Grease and flour loaf pan.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix together the sugars and milk, oil, egg and vanilla.
    Sift into mixture the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Mix well.
    Add nuts, oatmeal and zucchini.
    Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
