Goodbye Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 1/2 c. milk or light cream
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    1 1/2 c. turkey or chicken broth
    1/2 c. grated American cheese
    1 1/2 c. cooked asparagus
    2 c. turkey
    2 Tbsp. toasted slivered almonds
Preparation
    Mix flour, half of salt and onion salt in bowl.
    Melt butter in top of double boiler.
    Stir flour mixture into butter, gradually stirring in milk.
    Stir occasionally until thickened. Pour Minute rice into 2-quart shallow baking dish.
