Pimento-Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained and juice reserved
    1 small can pimento
    2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 c. whipped topping
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in water, add juice.
    Mash pimentos in cream cheese with fork.
    Add to jello.
    Add pineapple, celery and walnuts.
    Fold in topping.
    Pour in mold.
    Chill overnight.
