Spanish Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. paprika
4 cloves chopped garlic
1/2 chopped onion
dash of pepper
dash of oregano
green pepper (optional)
1/2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
chicken (use 4 to 6 whole legs, 12 drumsticks or 4 breast halves), cut up
salt to taste
Preparation

Lightly fry garlic and onion in oil mixed with paprika in a large Dutch oven.
Add pepper, oregano, green pepper and tomato sauce.
