20Th Century Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    3 1/3 c. sugar
    4 c. flour
    10 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla or 1 tsp. rum and 1 tsp. vanilla
    few sprinkles mace
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar gradually.
    Add eggs one at a time. Add mace, then fold in flour.
    Add flavoring.
    Bake in a tube pan, greased and floured, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 25 minutes.
