Green Goddess Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. loosely packed fresh parsley
    1/4 c. minced fresh chives
    1 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. dried whole tarragon
    1/2 tsp. hot sauce
    1/3 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender or food processor. Top with cover and process until mixture is smooth. Cover and chill dressing at least 1 hour.
    Serve dressing with salad greens.
    Yields 1 1/2 cups.
