Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. wheat bran
1 c. wheat germ
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. salt
5 1/4 c. water
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. honey or brown sugar
8 to 10 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Add water and mix thoroughly.
Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup water and add to mixture.
Cover.
This will make a sponge or starter for your bread.
According to your schedule, this may be left to develop for 2 to 12 hours.
