Fudgy Mocha Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. coffee liqueur
    1 Tbsp. hot water
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    In saucepan over low heat, melt butter.
    Add cocoa and water, stirring constantly until mixture thickens (do not boil).
    Remove from heat.
    Add liqueur.
    Gradually add powdered sugar; beat with wire whisk until smooth.
    Add water a little at a time until desired consistency.
