Grandma'S Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large sweet potatoes
    1 stick butter or margarine
    brown sugar
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender, then peel potatoes.
    Cut potatoes in fourths or sixths.
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Place potatoes in butter for 3 to 4 minutes, then turn.
    Sprinkle brown sugar over top of potatoes and continue to cook.
    Turn and brown. Sprinkle brown sugar on opposite side and brown.
    Serve hot.
