Penny'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Cream butter. Add sugar, 1 cup at a time.
Beat at high speed after each cup.
Add whole eggs, one at
a
time.
Beat well after each at medium speed.
Add sour
cream;
beat well. Add soda, baking powder and salt to flour.
Add
dry
ingredients
1 cup at a time, mixing well after
each
addition.
Add flavorings.
Pour into
well-greased tube pan.
Bake
1
1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
Let stand 10 minutes;
remove from pan.
