Fresh Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head Romaine, washed and chilled
    1 head lettuce, washed and chilled
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, trimmed and sliced
    Garden Dressing (recipe below)
Preparation
    Line salad bowl with Romaine leaves.
    Into bowl tear lettuce into bite-size pieces (8 cups).
    Add mushrooms.
    Pour Garden Dressing over greens and toss.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
