Quick Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken, disjointed
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    3/4 c. crushed Ritz or cheese crackers
Preparation
    Dip chicken in melted butter.
    Combine crushed crackers and onion soup.
    Mix in plastic bag.
    Shake to mix well.
    Drop 2 pieces of chicken at a time in bag; shake bag to coat chicken. Arrange chicken pieces, skin side up.
    Cover with waxed paper and microwave 20 to 22 minutes or until chicken is tender.
