Chinese Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. cooked chicken (about 2 large breasts), shredded
    1 head lettuce, shredded
    1 bunch Chinese parsley (cilantro), chopped (optional)
    4 green onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. toasted almonds, chopped
    2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
    2 oz. rice sticks
Preparation
    Deep fry 2 ounces rice sticks until lightly golden.
