Ingredients

1/3 c. rice (uncooked)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins
pinch of cinnamon
Preparation

Mix rice, sugar, salt, milk, vanilla and cinnamon.
Pour into buttered baking dish.
Bake covered dish for 2 hours.
Add raisins.
Stir and bake uncovered for 1/2 hour at 325\u00b0.
