Shrimp Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. chopped green onions
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. salad shrimp, thawed
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, thawed
    8 c. cooked rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    5 Tbsp. soy sauce or to taste
Preparation
    In wok or large skillet heat 3 tablespoons oil.
    Add eggs; cook and stir until set.
    Set aside.
    Add remaining oil to skillet.
    Add green onions, garlic, shrimp and peas.
    Stir-fry 2 minutes.
    Stir in eggs and remaining ingredients.
    Heat through; serve hot.
