Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 slices soft bread, torn into pieces and soaked in 1/2 c. milk or 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs and 2/3 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dry mustard, celery seed and garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly except catsup.
    Shape into 2 loaves in a shallow baking pan.
    Spread with catsup halfway through cooking.
    Bake 1 hour or until done.
