Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sugar
    1 large can evaporated milk
    2 sticks margarine
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Boil all ingredients, except for the chocolate chips and nuts, for 9 minutes.
    Remove from heat and stir in chips until all are dissolved.
    Pour into buttered plates and let cool.
    If you desire pecans, pour them in with the chips.
