Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can cling peaches
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. brown sugar
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. butter
3 large cans yams, drained
Preparation

Reserve peach juice.
Dissolve cornstarch in 1/4 cup peach juice and set aside.
Heat remaining juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, cranberry sauce and butter.
When butter melts, add cornstarch mixture.
Stir over medium heat until thickened. Add yams, cover and cook 10 minutes. Stir in peaches.
Heat through.
