Quick Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. corn oil
    1 lb. boneless pork
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks with juice
    1/2 c. dark corn syrup
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. green pepper chunks
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cut pork in 1-inch cubes.
    In skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
    Add pork, 1/3 at a time.
    Brown.
    Add pineapple, corn syrup, vinegar, catsup, soy sauce and garlic. Bring to a boil.
    Simmer 10 minutes or until pork is tender.
    Add green pepper.
    Mix cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water.
    Add to skillet.
    Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute.
    Serve over cooked rice.
