Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    4 thin ham slices
    2 oz. Swiss cheese
    flour
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Skin and bone chicken breasts.
    Flatten with heel of hand. Wrap a slice of ham around a piece of cheese about 2 x 1/4-inch. Then wrap chicken around ham and cheese.
    This may be secured with a toothpick.
    Dip chicken in flour, then in egg wash (egg in milk) and then in crumbs.
    Brown in hot oil for 4 minutes per side.
    To finish in microwave, place meat on a platter set in oven on roast or medium setting for 1 1/2 minutes.
