Brunch-In-A-Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
6 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly.
Drain. Layer potatoes and sausage in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over layers. Sprinkle over cheese. Bake, covered, in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more until set. Makes 8 servings.
