Cheeseburger Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. shredded carrots
    3/4 c. diced celery
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 cans (14 1/2 oz.) chicken broth
    4 c. diced peeled potatoes
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. cubed cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In 3-quart saucepan, brown ground beef and onion; set aside. In same pan, saut carrots, celery, basil and parsley flakes in 1 tablespoon butter until veggies are tender (about 10 minutes). Add both cans of chicken broth and potatoes; add cooked hamburger. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes.
