Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 c. milk
4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Mix cheese and flour together.
Add baking powder, sugar and salt.
Beat egg with milk and melted butter.
Stir into flour mixture.
Spoon into muffin pans (use nonstick pans if possible). I also like them better cooked as small muffins.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
