Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. grits (Quaker Quick grits)
    6 c. water (follow cooking directions on box)
    1/2 lb. Cracker Barrel sharp
    1/2 lb. Cracker Barrel mild cheese
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    3 tsp. salt (savor)
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Tabasco
    1 tsp. paprika
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Cook grits according to box.
    Combine grits in baking dish with other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Bake for 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
    Cool 30 minutes before serving.
    This is great with pork roast with Anaheim peppers layered on top to bake flavor in.
