Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
3 c. apples, cut up fine
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix sugar, oil and eggs.
Add the rest.
Bake in long pan 30 or 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
