Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. pepper steak or round steak, cut into strips
1 1/2 c. beef broth
2 large green peppers
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 bunches green onions
1/4 c. water
cooked white rice
Preparation

Sprinkle paprika on beef; brown in butter.
Add broth and garlic; cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add green peppers and onions.
Cook for 5 minutes more.
Combine water, soy sauce and cornstarch; add to pan and cook, stirring constantly for 2 minutes or until thickened.
Serve over rice.
