Guacamole Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium avocados, peeled and seeded
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 thin slice onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a blender container, combine all ingredients.
    Blend until smoother, scraping down sides of container as necessary.
    Place in a serving bowl.
    Cover and chill before serving.
    Serve as a dip with fresh vegetables.
    Makes about 1 cup.
