Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium cans tomato sauce
3 medium cans tomato paste
1 large jar Ragu spaghetti sauce or any prepared sauce
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
dash of salt
1 Tbsp. basil
1 large bay leaf
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. red crushed pepper
1 tsp. oregano
3 or 4 stalks celery, chopped
1 lb. hamburg
Preparation

Saute together the pepper, onion, celery and hamburg in large frying pan.
Transfer to large pot and add tomato sauce, paste and prepared sauces.
Add the rest of dry ingredients.
Simmer one hour, covered, stirring occasionally.
Prepared meatballs may also be added.
