Scotch Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 stick oleo
1/2 c. shortening
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Place flour and sugar in mixing bowl.
In saucepan, put oleo, shortening, cocoa and water.
Bring to a boil and pour over sugar and flour; mix well.
Add and mix well the buttermilk, eggs, soda, cinnamon and vanilla.
Pour into greased and floured 11 x 16-inch pan.
Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
