Breakfast Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. home quick grits
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 cubes butter
    1 to 2 c. grated cheese
    3 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients.
    Cook until thick.
    When bubbling, take off heat.
    Add last 3 ingredients.
    Bake in greased dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
