Sweet And Sour Meatballs With Vidalia Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. Vidalia onions, minced
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix first 10 ingredients until well blended.
    Shape into walnut sized balls.
    Broil in oven for a few minutes.
    Put into prepared sauce.
    Cook 20 minutes.
