Coney Dog Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. lean ground beef
    1 lb. rice (uncooked)
    6 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 qt. tomato sauce
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 gal. ketchup
    1/2 c. sweet relish
Preparation
    Combine onion, rice, pepper and 4 quarts water in a large roaster.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
    Add raw ground beef and bake 50 minutes more.
    Drain off excess fat; add remaining ingredients.
    Bake 1 hour more.
