Holcombe'S "Famous" Chocolate Chip Hotcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. oil
handful of chocolate chips

Preparation

Mix together all ingredients except chocolate chips.
After pouring each hotcake onto a hot griddle, drop 5 chocolate chips into each.
Flip and finish cooking.
Best served with butter and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
