Pork Chalupas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. dried pinto beans
3 lb. pork roast
4 oz. green chilies
2 Tbsp. cumin seed
1 Tbsp. salt
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. oregano leaves
Preparation

Combine ingredients in a Dutch oven.
Cover with water and simmer 6 hours, stirring and adding water, as needed.
Remove meat and shred.
Cook another 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Serve over chips or rice or in flour tortillas.
