Walking Tostitos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
    1 (8 oz.) container avocado or guacamole dip
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 (7 oz.) can Ortega dried green chiles, drained
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
    1 large, firm tomato, chopped and drained well
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 to 2 bags Tostitos chips
Preparation
    Spread and layer each of the first three ingredients in a 12 to 14-inch shallow platter in order listed; sprinkle the next 4 ingredients over the top in the order listed.
    Let set in refrigerator for at least 2 hours; remove and let stand for about 20 minutes before serving.
    Garnish edges of the platter with a layer of chips, dipped in the mixture.
    Serve remaining chips in a basket.
