Skewered Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            3 medium chicken breasts
 
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. dry white wine
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
3/4 tsp. fine herbs, crushed
1/2 tsp. grated ginger root
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. onion powder
dash of pepper
Preparation

                            Cut chicken into strips 1 1/2-inches wide and 1/2-inch thick. Thread strips loosely onto 6 to 8 skewers.
 
Place skewers in two layers in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour over chicken.
Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours. Drain.
Grill over hot coals 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Serves six.
