Squash Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small squash (not more than 6-inches long)
    3 eggs more or less (but 3 is good)
    5 rounded Tbsp. flour (but not heaped too high)
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Pour oil in pan; put burner on low.
    Grate squash on coarse part of grater.
    Turn stove burner up to 3 and add the dry ingredients and egg quickly and start frying.
    The longer squash sets after grated, the more liquid they get.
