Layered Low-Fat Banana Pineapple Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat free cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. low-fat margarine, melted
    3 bananas
    3 1/2 c. cold skim or 2% milk
    2 pkg. sugar free instant vanilla Jell-O
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (8 oz.) tub fat free whipped topping
Preparation
    Mix graham cracker crumbs and margarine.
    Press in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Place banana slices on this.
    In large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Add milk, mix.
    Add pudding mixes. Mix until smooth and well blended.
    Spread over banana slices. Spoon pineapple on top.
    Spread whipped topping over pineapple. Garnish with extra banana, if desired.
    Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
    Keep unused portions refrigerated.
