Beef Saute "For Two" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. or less corn oil
1 (12 oz.) can tomato juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Saute beef, macaroni, onion and green pepper in hot oil until macaroni turns slightly yellow.
Drain off excess fat.
Add tomato juice and rest of seasonings.
Bring to a slow boil.
Turn to \"simmer.\"
Cover and simmer on low.
Check so it doesn't stick at 15 minutes.
Can be served from pan or cut down on simmer time and put in oven with a crumb topping and heated until ready.
