Cauliflower Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tube crescent rolls
1 large bag frozen cauliflower
1 stick butter
1 (5 or 6 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 onion
3 eggs
Preparation

Press crescent rolls into 9-inch pie pan like a pie crust. Cook cauliflower a little and drain good.
Melt butter and pour over cauliflower.
Put buttered cauliflower on crescent roll crust.
Chop up an onion over cauliflower.
Beat eggs and pour on top of mixture.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
