Carrot Cake And Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Add vegetable oil.
    Add eggs, beating in one egg at a time.
    Add carrots.
    Stir in vanilla and chopped nuts. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
