Oil Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. salad oil
    5 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt.
    Pour oil and water into 1 cup measuring cup (do not stir).
    Add all at once to flour mixture.
    Stir with fork until mixture comes away from sides of bowl.
    Form into 2 balls and roll between 2 (12-inch) squares of waxed paper.
    (Dampen the area to prevent paper slippage.)
    Crust is correct thickness when it reaches edge of paper.
    Peel off top sheet of waxed paper and fit dough, paper side up, into pie plate.
    Remove paper. Finish pie shell following single or double-crust pies.
    Makes pastry for 8 or 9-inch double crust pie.
    Single crust:
    Prick bottom and sides well with fork.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
